My order from Florihana arrived safe, and nothing leaked, which was my biggest worry with oils. The bottles were sealed tight and wrapped really well. My sister had told me to double-check the packaging when it came, but everything looked good. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m happy with the order.

I ordered a few of the oils because I was hoping they’d remind me of the really clean, natural scents I used to love having around the house. When they arrived, though, something about the fragrances felt a little off to me. They weren’t awful by any means, just not as true or natural-smelling as I expected. It could’ve just been my batch, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order them again.

"Discount code was kinda pointless"
I signed up for the newsletter just to get the discount code, and then it wouldn’t even work at checkout. Tried it again later thinking maybe it was a glitch, but nope, still nothing. I emailed support too and didn’t get much help, just a super basic reply. Frustrating since the discount was basically why I was ordering in the first place. Ended up ditching the cart. Not the best first impression tbh.

Something about the whole thing just felt a little off to me. I can’t really put my finger on it, but it wasn’t a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Shipping Delays Were Really Disappointing"
My delivery kept getting pushed back, and I never really got clear updates about what was going on. I had to keep checking the status myself, which got frustrating quickly. The products themselves might be perfectly fine, but the unreliable shipping made the whole experience feel not worth it. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"Smelled fine, but didn’t help my headaches"
I’ll give it this: the smell was actually nice, kind of calming in that spa-ish way. I’m a sucker for anything that makes my bathroom feel a little less like a laundry drop zone, so I was hopeful. But as far as my headaches go, it didn’t do anything for me. I kept trying it a few different times, thinking maybe I was just too far into the headache already, but nope. Nice scent, just not helpful for what I bought it for

"Organic Claims Could Be Clearer"
I ordered from Florihana because I was specifically looking for certified organic oils, and I think it’s fair to expect those certification details to be easy to verify. Some product pages had organic logos, but others didn’t really explain much, so I was left unsure about what was actually certified. It may all be legitimate, but as a customer I didn’t feel fully confident. I also reached out to customer service and got a basic reply that didn’t clear things up much. Overall, not the best experience for me.

I decided to order from Florihana after hearing some good feedback, so I was genuinely expecting a better experience. The shipping was fine and the bottle arrived looking okay, so I can’t say everything was bad. However, the product itself didn’t seem very fresh. The scent was a bit flat and much weaker than I expected, almost like it had been sitting on a shelf for too long. For the price, I hoped for better quality and freshness. I’m not totally ruling them out, but I probably wouldn’t order again anytime soon.

"Order Update Was Slow, But It Worked Out"
My order wasn’t updating for a while, and I’ll admit I started getting a little worried. I probably made it worse for myself because I kept checking the tracking, since I needed the package and didn’t want to deal with any delays. It did take a couple of days to hear back from customer service, which wasn’t ideal, but once they replied, they got it sorted out quickly. The package arrived fine in the end, and the products were good like usual. I’m taking off one star just because the communication could’ve been faster, but overall they handled the issue okay.

"Wanted to love it, but my skin disagreed"
I ordered a floral water from florihana and genuinely thought it was going to be a nice, gentle product. The whole vibe made it seem natural and soothing, so I assumed it would be fine for my skin. Unfortunately, after using it, my face got red and itchy. It could totally just be my skin being sensitive, but it clearly wasn’t a good match for me. Delivery was perfectly fine, I just can’t really use the product

"Products were okay, support was another story"
The products themselves were totally fine and did what I needed. No complaints there. But wow, the customer service side was frustrating. I had to wait days for a reply and ended up chasing them twice just to get an answer. Not the end of the world, I guess, but honestly? Annoying.

The delivery took way longer than expected, and what made it more frustrating was that it never felt clear who was actually responsible for fixing it. I kept getting bounced around without a straight answer, and nobody really seemed to take ownership of the delay.

The products themselves look fine, but the website is kind of a headache. It’s slow, the menus feel messy, and it seems like it only works when it wants to. I spent way too long trying to find the shipping info, and checking out on my phone was more confusing than it needed to be.

I thought the oils were good, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. They worked fine and smelled nice, but I don’t feel like I personally got enough value to justify buying them again at this price.

"Box showed up crushed and leaking"
I’m disappointed. The box was crushed when it arrived, and then I noticed it had leaked too, which was just frustrating. I was really looking forward to using it, but dealing with the mess right away kind of ruined the whole thing. Not happy with how it showed up.

"Definitely not ordering from here again"
I really don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. I know mistakes happen and I’m usually understanding about that, but the whole experience just wasn’t worth it for me. By the time everything was said and done, I felt more frustrated than satisfied, which is kind of the opposite of what you want when you’re just trying to get a simple order. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on my experience, I’m going to choose somewhere else next time.

"Nice oil, not-so-great bottle"
I’ve been using this oil for a bit now and overall it feels really nice on my skin. The texture is good, it absorbs well, and I do like the product itself. I was happy with it at first, especially since it feels more high-end. That said, after using it a few times, I started getting frustrated with the dropper. It leaks around the cap and I end up losing little drops every time I use it. For the price, I just expected the packaging to be better.

I tried to return my order it felt like nobody was paying attention. Funny enough, I can’t remember every little detail of the back-and-forth, but I do remember reaching out and basically getting nowhere. The return just seemed to be ignored, which was really frustrating.

"Good oils, but the transparency needs work"
I actually like the oils themselves, but the whole batch traceability thing was confusing. I couldn’t easily match my bottle to any clear test info, which doesn’t feel right when customers are trusting you with something like this. Support did reply, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the process still felt messy and not very transparent. Companies should make this kind of information simple and upfront.
